36 Weeks...almost

Tomorrow is officially the completion of 36 weeks, but who's counting at this point? We had another u/s and OB visit today. The u/s was to check the babies and their amniotic fluid again. The little boy is measuring 7 lbs and the little girl is measuring 6 lbs 3 oz. I'm starting to get a little nervous if I carry them another 2 weeks. How big are they going to get? No wonder I can no longer roll over in bed by myself without grabbing the side of the mattress and hurling myself over with all my might!! Their fluid levels were slightly below normal but their NST's showed that they were very active and "happy" so no change to my situation. The doctor (Dr. Pray since Bohmke is out of town this week) said that the fluid levels would need to be really low at this stage to justify admitting me and inducing labor. I go back on Friday for another fluid check and NST.

I think we've checked everything off of our to-do list and by tomorrow everything will be ready for the babies. I got the call from Fedex today that the glider is here and they are delivering it tomorrow. I was a little worried it wouldn't make it here in time for the babies' arrival, but it looks like it will. The carpet cleaner came today and our carpets look FABULOUS!! I'm embarrassed to say that we haven't had them professionally cleaned since we've been here and it was rather obvious when he pulled the furniture out of the room.

Tomorrow I get to have lunch with Suzie and catch up. They are moving to Oregon before long so I have to take advantage of my time with her before she's a day's drive away...

Thursday we have an appt with a certified car seat inspection person to tell us whether we are capable of properly installing two car seats or not. I just don't understand how it can be that difficult but "they" say that 80% of car seats are installed improperly so we'll have them checked out just to be sure...

That's it for now...
